IT'S
TIME TO LET UNIFLO CARRY THE LOAD!
|
|
Uniflo basic
components run the gamut from A to Z. Combined with special
function components, they work together to become your own custom
system.
By integrating
special function components with basic belt or chain driven units,
each Uniflo system becomes a totally integrated system, a custom
solution for specified material handling challenges.
Uniflo conveyor
systems expedite assembly, packing, and palletizing. Uniflo
systems sort mail, parts, packages or pallets, then divert or
merge these products onto lines for warehousing or shipping.
Special function
components can interrupt the flow to move selected goods any which
way you need. Around corners, inclines and declines. Continuous
lines with curves and spurs, traffic cops and turntables.
Incoming, in-process, or outgoing--moving solutions, by Uniflo.
A Uniflo system
can be engineered to handle light loads or heavy. Loose or
packaged goods. Fragile items. Cartons, boxes, totes, drums.
Barrels, bottles or cans. Almost anything, as long as its bottom
surface is suitable for conveyor transport.

| New or add-on?
Ask our in-house engineers to review your needs before designing
your Uniflo system.
Once we know the
details of your requirements, our in-house engineering staff joins
your team. We offer distributors and customers the service of a
detailed design review, whether yours is a new installation or an
addition to existing systems.
Since only
qualified material handling equipment distributors represent
Uniflo, they work closely with you to be sure you get what you
need, from quote to purchase order to installation--putting your
operation on-stream.
Then Uniflo
Conveyor remains on call should you need to consult the factory at
any time, for any reason including modification, upgrading, or
additions to the system. |
|
 |
We ship
factory assembled, carefully labeled, ready to install.
We ship Uniflo
components as fully assembled as possible. Each unit is clearly
match-marked, which makes installation easier and more accurate.
This small service may not sound important, but it can in fact
save your crew from four to eight installation hours per conveyor.
Little
specialized maintenance is required; routine lubrication and
adjustments are spelled out in our operating manuals. |
